Description:

A warm, professional family in Boston’s South End is seeking a dedicated and experienced full-time nanny to join their household and become an integral, collaborative partner in raising their three young children. The family hopes to find a nanny who is not only nurturing and dependable but who also brings positive energy, sound judgment, and genuine love for child development to their busy home.

About the Role

This position focuses primarily on the family’s sweet 6-month-old baby, who is on a great routine with guidance from a baby nurse through March. During the day, the nanny will provide attentive, developmentally supportive infant care and help the household run smoothly. The two older children are in school—one full-day and one half-day—so afternoons include school pick-ups, snack time, and engaging activities.

The family appreciates a nanny who takes initiative, communicates openly, and can work in partnership with parents who value consistency, structure, and a warm, organized environment. Mom works primarily in the office, while Dad works hybrid. A housekeeper provides support for deep cleaning.

Light summer travel to the Hamptons is a plus but not required.
