Schedule: Monday – Friday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (40 hours/week guaranteed); one evening date night per week may be requested but not required
Compensation: $67,000-$83,000, based on experience
Benefits: 2 weeks paid vacation (nanny chooses both weeks), paid major federal holidays, 5 paid sick days, and a monthly healthcare stipend if needed

Household Dynamic:
An active and loving family in the South End is seeking a warm and upbeat full-time nanny to care for their three children—an energetic 7-year-old, an imaginative 4-year-old, and a sweet 1.5-year-old. The oldest child attends school full-day while the yuonger two children will both attend part-time in the Fall. Mom is home and involved in the daily routine, while Dad works outside the home and travels occasionally. The family has a small, friendly dog who does not require care.

The household is screen-free during the day, and the family values imaginative play, creative engagement, and consistency in routines. The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and capable of managing a bustling household with kindness, confidence, and care.

Ideal Candidate:
This role is best suited for a nanny who is loving, joyful, and energetic, with a positive attitude and a can-do spirit. Someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, is comfortable working alongside a stay-at-home parent, and can take initiative when needed will feel right at home here. A nanny who is excited to travel (3 weeks in Nantucket during summer, plus 1-3 additional shorter trips per year—possibly international) is essential.

The family would love to find someone who is naturally tidy, great at multitasking, and enjoys helping children of different ages grow and thrive. No car is required during the day (family provides one), and parking is available for smaller vehicles if needed.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide attentive, age-appropriate care for three children

• Engage children in creative, screen-free play and support emotional development

• Assist with school transitions and maintain consistent routines

• Prepare meals and snacks for the children

• Tidy the kitchen, children's spaces, and assist with general home organization

• Handle children's laundry and maintain inventory of child-related items

• Support travel logistics and help children adjust to new environments

Qualifications:

• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience caring for multiple children, including toddlers and school-aged kids

• CPR and First Aid certified (or willing to obtain before the start date)

• Open to domestic and international travel

• Strong communicator and collaborator

• Proactive, positive, and reliable

• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
