Description:
A warm and easygoing family in Lincolnshire is seeking a long-term nanny to care for their playful 3-year-old son and support their sweet 3-month-old daughter as she grows. Their oldest is go-with-the-flow, energetic, and loves swimming, soccer, art, music, books, baseball, and dogs. Mom works from home on a separate floor, and Dad works outside the home. The environment is relaxed yet structured, and they value a nanny who brings both fun and initiative to the day.
They’re looking for someone who will actively engage their toddler through classes, outings, and creative adventures while also being confident with infant care. Familiarity with gentle parenting is preferred, and an Early Childhood Education background is a plus.
Primary Responsibilities:
Provide nurturing care for both children, prioritizing developmental support for each age
Plan and lead engaging activities, classes, and outings
Drive children to/from activities (reliable car required for commute; family car available for on-duty driving if needed)
Prepare meals for the children
Clean and sanitize bottles for the infant
Maintain child-related organization, including toy rotation, tidying, and basic household upkeep
Qualifications:
Strong toddler and infant experience
Excellent communication and grounded common sense
Motivated, creative, and proactive in planning activities
Open-minded and aligned with gentle parenting styles
Organized and reliable with a long-term mindset
Safe and confident driver
Second language a plus, but not required
If you’re a warm, hands-on nanny who loves balancing playful adventures with thoughtful structure — and you’re excited to grow alongside a wonderful family — they would love to meet you!
