Household Dynamic:
The family’s oldest child attends school part-time Monday–Thursday mornings. The middle child is an energetic and social little boy with a big personality—he’s also immunocompromised and requires a caregiver who is mindful of hygiene and health. Their youngest is a sweet baby girl who is formula-fed and working toward more consistent nap routines. Both younger children are home full-time.
Mom works mostly from home and occasionally outside the home one day per week, while Dad works from home and enjoys golfing. The family has two small, older dogs who require minimal care (feeding twice daily). A car is needed to get to and from the home, but little driving is required during the day.
Ideal Candidate:
The family is seeking a trustworthy, patient, and energetic nanny who brings calm and confidence to the role. A fun and bubbly presence (without being overly loud) who is highly engaged, organized, and a self-starter will thrive in this home. A strong understanding of developmental needs from infancy through early childhood is key, along with excellent communication skills.
Primary Responsibilities:
Providing attentive, loving care for all three children
Supporting age-appropriate learning, play, and social-emotional development
Basic meal prep for the children, accommodating dietary needs (lactose intolerance, egg allergy)
Keeping the kitchen and children’s areas tidy and organized
Light home organization and pet care (feeding dogs twice daily)
No laundry or travel required
Qualifications:
3+ years of full-time nanny experience with infants and toddlers
Familiarity with food allergies and dietary restrictions
Comfortable with dogs and basic pet care
Driver’s license and reliable transportation to and from work
Legal work authorization in the U.S.
Emotionally mature, upbeat, flexible, and professional
COVID-conscious and mindful of household health
If you're a compassionate, hands-on nanny who enjoys working in a dynamic household with parents who value open communication and collaboration, we’d love to hear from you!
