Professional Full-Time Nanny Needed in South End, Boston, MA
Start: September 2nd.
Children: Three children 9-year-old, 6-year-old, and 3-year-old
Compensation: $35–$45/hour, depending on experience
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 12:00 PM – 7:00 PM (Thursdays until 10:00 PM); 40–45 hours/week Occasional overnights needed

A warm, energetic, and organized family in South End is seeking a professional, proactive full-time nanny to join their household and care for their three children. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dependable, thoughtful caregiver who thrives with school-aged and preschool-aged children and enjoys a dynamic, structured day. The role begins right after Labor Day with a long-term focus.
Benefits: 3 weeks paid vacation (2 weeks chosen by family, 1 week by nanny), 5 paid sick days, 10 paid major holidays, annual bonus, healthcare stipend (open to discussion), parking provided

Household Dynamic:
The family has three active and delightful children. The older children attend school in Cambridge, approximately 15–30 minutes away, and the nanny will be responsible for school pick-ups and occasional transportation to activities. The family maintains a low-screen-time environment (screen time only on date nights) and values outdoor play, creativity, and engaged presence. A team-player mentality and excellent communication will go a long way in this household.

Primary Responsibilities:
Providing engaging, attentive care to all three children
School pickups (Cambridge) and occasional driving to after-school activities (own car required)
Managing children's routines, creative play, and enrichment
Preparing meals for children and occasional family meal prep
Handling children’s laundry, clothing organization, and room tidying
Running errands (dry cleaning, package returns, household restocking)
Keeping an updated electronic family calendar
Coordinating playdates and managing occasional home maintenance appointments
Supporting family with general household organization and logistics
Qualifications:
Confident, warm, and firm with clear boundaries
Highly organized, proactive, and efficient multitasker
Experience with both preschool- and elementary-aged children
Comfortable driving children in personal vehicle (parking provided)
Legal U.S. work authorization
Tech-comfortable (calendar/email/text updates as needed)
Open to occasional travel (preferred but not required)
