Start: As soon as the right fit is found
Children: Two boys (ages 3 and 1)
Compensation: $30–$35/hour, depending on experience
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 7:00 AM–5:00 PM (40 hours/week guaranteed, some flexibility)
Description:
A loving and down-to-earth family in Stratham, NH is seeking a warm, proactive, and engaging full-time nanny to care for their two young sons. This is a wonderful opportunity for a nurturing, developmentally focused caregiver who enjoys supporting curious, playful children and values being an integral part of a family team.
Benefits: 2 weeks paid vacation (1 week chosen by nanny), 5 paid sick days, major federal holidays off and paid, open to healthcare stipend
Live-Out: Live-out position
Household Dynamic:
The oldest child may attend school each morning (tentatively), and both children take naps during the day. The boys are sweet, playful, and the oldest has a strong interest in how things work—he has a budding engineering mind! Both parents work outside of the home. The household is pet-free and allergy-free. Occasional travel would be a bonus, but it is not required. Parking is available, and the family prefers the nanny to use her own car while on the job.
Ideal Candidate:
The family is looking for a proactive, kind, and collaborative nanny who can be an extension of the parents. A self-starter who understands developmental milestones, is playful and loving, and enjoys working in a tidy, organized household will thrive in this role. The ability to manage routines while remaining flexible and engaged is key.
Primary Responsibilities:
Attentive care for toddler and preschooler throughout the day
Possible school drop-off/pick-up (if applicable)
Age-appropriate, engaging, and creative activities
Meal prep for the children
Laundry for the family
Clothing inventory and seasonal organization
General tidying and home organization
Managing household inventory (restocking diapers, wipes, etc.)
Qualifications:
Experience with toddlers and preschool-aged children
Understanding of developmental stages and milestones
Warm, proactive, and engaging personality
Strong communication skills and collaborative mindset
Organized, punctual, and adaptable
Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
Long-term interest in a stable nanny position
Comfortable using own vehicle on the job (parking provided)
If you’re an experienced, dependable, and joyful caregiver seeking a fulfilling, long-term position with a loving family, we’d love to hear from you!
