About the Family
A warm, thoughtful, and engaged family in Baltimore City is seeking a creative, patient, and proactive full-time nanny to care for their two children, ages 5 and 18 months. With both parents working in office settings, the family values kindness, collaboration, initiative, and a true partnership with their caregiver.
Their oldest child is bright, sensitive, and routine-oriented. He attends school Monday–Friday from 8:15am–2:40pm, has OT on Tuesdays from 4:00–5:00pm, and attends a social skills group on Thursdays from 4:00–5:30pm. Their youngest child attends school until 4:00pm each day. The nanny will play an important role in providing supportive, attuned care after school, guiding both children through their routines, activities, and developmental goals.
There are no allergies or dietary restrictions in the home. The family has one affectionate cat, though no pet care will be required. A family car is available for on-the-job use, and the home is accessible via public transit; the nanny will need their own car for their commute.
While travel is not a major component of the position, the family may take 1–2 domestic trips per year and would love a nanny who is open to joining if needed.
