Description:

About the Family:

A warm, upbeat, and well-traveled family in Lincoln Park is seeking a positive, adaptable, and engaging full-time nanny to care for their two children, ages 2.5 years and 6 months. The parents value collaboration, flexibility, curiosity, and a joyful home environment. With both parents working—one traveling frequently for work and the other working from a dedicated home office—the family is looking for a nanny who feels like a true partner in the daily flow of their household.

Their oldest child is bright, social, and active, and attends school Monday–Thursday from 8:45am–3:15pm. The younger child is sweet, curious, and at a key stage of early development—meaning most daily responsibilities will center around nurturing, engaging, and supporting him through his infant and toddler milestones. Both children thrive with routines, warm connection, and plenty of outdoor time.

The family has no pets. Mom has a dairy intolerance, but there are no other allergies in the home. They travel frequently and would love a nanny who is excited to join them 1–2 times per year for both domestic and international trips. A family car is available for on-the-job use, although parking is also available if the nanny prefers to use their own vehicle.

The family will conduct initial interviews via Zoom and will be out of town during the last two weeks of the year.
