About the Family
A warm and welcoming family in Beacon Hill is seeking a nurturing, attentive, and developmentally focused nanny to care for their sweet 3-month-old daughter. Their baby girl is curious, outgoing, relaxed, and loves music. She is described as very reasonable, persistent, and determined, with a sensitive nature that makes her particularly responsive to sound and light. She enjoys interaction, engagement, reading, and singing throughout the day and thrives when given thoughtful, attentive care.
The baby is primarily breastfed with occasional bottle feeds and follows a consistent feeding and nap schedule. She sleeps well overnight, typically waking around 8:00am to begin her day with a feeding and active play. Her days currently revolve around feeding, naps, reading books, singing songs, and engaging with the world around her through developmentally appropriate experiences.
Both parents work from home and value a collaborative relationship with their nanny. They are hoping to find someone who is confident caring for infants, communicates openly, and can work alongside parents while maintaining independence in managing the baby's daily routines and developmental needs.
About the Role

The nanny will also assist with child-related household tasks to help keep the home running smoothly. Responsibilities include children's laundry and meal preparation for the child as age-appropriate as she grows. The family appreciates someone who is proactive, observant, and thoughtful, and who naturally takes initiative while maintaining a child-focused approach.
The ideal candidate is warm, nurturing, reliable, and highly engaged. The family is seeking someone who is developmentally focused, active, energetic, trustworthy, communicative, collaborative, and committed to supporting their daughter's growth through each developmental stage.
