Mom works from home in an office, while Dad works outside of the home. About the Role
This role is primarily focused on the care and development of the family’s 1-year-old daughter. Her current routine begins with a 7:30 a.m. wake-up, followed by breakfast around 9:30–10:00 a.m. She currently takes a morning nap at approximately 10:00–11:00 a.m. for about an hour and another nap around 12:30. Her afternoons consist of play, outdoor time, and age-appropriate activities.
The ideal nanny will enjoy creating a fun and engaging day for a young toddler, getting her outside, planning age-appropriate activities, and supporting her as she continues developing her independence and reaching new milestones. As she has recently started walking, the family would love someone who is attentive, patient, and excited to encourage her exploration and development.
Household responsibilities will be focused on supporting the child and will include the child’s laundry, preparing meals for the child, and light home tidying. The family is looking for someone who is naturally organized and takes pride in keeping the child’s spaces and daily routines running smoothly.
The ideal candidate is trustworthy, kind, honest, calm, patient, and genuinely engaging with children. They should be warm and nurturing while also bringing energy and enthusiasm to the child’s day. A nanny who is dependable, attentive, and excited to build a meaningful long-term relationship with the family will be especially well suited to this role.
Requirements:
Prior professional nanny experience
Experience caring for infants and toddlers
Strong understanding of early childhood development

Strong communication skills
