Schedule: Monday–Friday, approximately 8:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m. (30 guaranteed hours per week), with some flexibility for an 8:30 a.m. or 9:00 a.m. start time

A warm and welcoming family currently living in Boston's South End is seeking an experienced, dependable, and organized housekeeper to support the daily upkeep and organization of their home. The family is planning to move to Brookline, MA in January, where they will be living in a beautiful 8,175-square-foot home with six bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms. Their current home is approximately 4,133 square feet with five bedrooms, four full bathrooms, and three half bathrooms.
The family includes two parents and three children—a 10-year-old girl, 7-year-old girl, and 2-year-old girl. One parent works full-time while the other is a stay-at-home mom. The family also has two very friendly dogs, so they are looking for someone who is comfortable working in a home with pets.
The ideal candidate will be warm, easygoing, flexible, adaptable, and communicative. The family is looking for someone who takes pride in keeping a home organized and running smoothly and who can work independently while also communicating well with the family.
Their biggest priority for this position will be managing the family's laundry, so strong laundry skills and attention to detail are especially important.
About the Role
This is a household support position focused on keeping the family's home organized, well-maintained, and running smoothly on a daily basis. Daily responsibilities include managing laundry from start to finish, including folding and putting clothes away, making beds and resetting bedrooms, maintaining the kitchen throughout the day, and loading and unloading the dishwasher.
The role will also include grocery shopping and household errands as needed, organizing pantries, closets, toys, and seasonal clothing, managing deliveries, helping maintain household inventory, and assisting with packing and unpacking for family travel.
The family would prefer a candidate who has their own reliable vehicle and is comfortable using it for occasional on-the-job driving and errands. A family vehicle can also be made available if needed.
Additional Responsibilities
Managing the family's daily laundry, with particular attention to organization and care of clothing

Requirements
Prior professional housekeeping or household support experience
Strong laundry skills and attention to detail

Valid driver's license and clean driving record
