About the Family
A warm and active family in Bedford, New Hampshire, is seeking an experienced and collaborative ROTA Nanny to care for their three boys, ages 7, 5, and 2. Mom is a stay-at-home parent who is actively involved in the children's daily lives, while Dad works outside the home. The oldest child is homeschooled with a dedicated tutor each morning and receives in-home therapies in the afternoons; the middle child attends school each morning, and the youngest enjoys a variety of enriching activities. The family maintains multiple residences and travels extensively, requiring a nanny who is organized, adaptable, and comfortable managing the children's routines across locations. The household has two French Bulldogs, and pet care is required. There are no household dietary restrictions or allergies.
About the Role
This is a hands-on, 24/7 ROTA position requiring a nurturing, proactive, and highly organized nanny who can confidently manage the children's care while working respectfully and collaboratively alongside Mom throughout the day. The ideal candidate will be a true team player who values open communication, sound judgment, and a positive, down-to-earth relationship with both parents, the other nanny, and the oldest child's care team. The oldest child has global developmental delays and Level 1 autism; he is verbal, self-sufficient in many ways, and has a special interest in butterflies. The nanny must be comfortable implementing guidance from his care team and administering his nightly injection for low muscle tone when Mom or Dad can't. The middle child is sweet, enjoys following rules, organizing his space, and riding his bike, while the youngest looks up to his older brothers and loves dinosaurs, cars, climbing, and activities such as music, library visits, and MyGym. All three children have daily rest time from 1:30–2:30 p.m.
Responsibilities include child-related laundry, meal preparation using whole foods and following recipes, kitchen tidying, light household organization, errands, seasonal clothing inventory, packing and unpacking, managing children's inventory across multiple homes, taking out the garbage, and pet care.
