Household Dynamic:
This warm and organized Weston family is seeking an exceptionally reliable and experienced morning nanny to support their two school-aged sons. Their 14-year-old is an athletic and driven figure skater who practices early in the morning, while their 8-year-old is a creative spirit who enjoys music and art and benefits from a gentle, patient approach.
The family deeply values trust, communication, and consistency. They’re looking for a nanny who is proactive, calm under pressure, and brings strong city-driving skills to confidently handle early morning commutes. Their household is calm and allergy-aware (the younger child is allergic to raw eggs and fish eggs), with no pets and no travel required.
Ideal Candidate:
The ideal nanny is dependable, caring, and highly organized. You should feel confident managing busy mornings, creating a smooth routine, and staying one step ahead to help the household run efficiently. A strong driver with excellent judgment and communication skills is essential, as is someone who genuinely enjoys supporting school-age children through their daily rhythms.
Primary Responsibilities:
Assist with morning routines for both children
Drive the 14-year-old to early figure skating practice and capture brief videos/photos
Prepare and serve breakfast
Ensure safe, timely school drop-offs for both children
Light tidying and occasional errands
Return the family car to their home after drop-off
Qualifications:
3+ years of professional childcare experience
CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to obtain)
Strong, safe city driver (family car provided)
Highly reliable, punctual, and communicative
Organized and proactive with a calm, confident demeanor
Comfortable supporting food allergies (raw eggs and fish eggs)
This is a fantastic opportunity for a morning nanny who takes pride in their reliability, enjoys working with older children, and thrives on building trust and consistency within a supportive family. If you're looking for a long-term role with great hours and meaningful impact, we’d love to hear from you!
