A warm and welcoming family in Boston’s South End is seeking a nurturing and experienced full-time nanny to care for their three children: a 5-year-old girl, a 3.5-year-old girl, and a newborn baby boy (with day and night baby nurse support through the end of October). Location: South End, Boston, MA
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00am–6:00pm (approx. 50 hrs/week); flexibility for a shorter Friday; optional weekend hours (never required)

Compensation: $34–$37+/hour (approx. $97K–$106K annually, based on experience)

Children & Schedule
5-year-old girl: Attending full-day school starting in September (pickup ~3:30/4pm)
3.5-year-old girl: Attending half-day school Monday–Friday, 8:30am–1:00pm

Household Dynamics
The home is warm, calm, and structured, with both parents working—mom from an office 4–5 days per week, and dad currently working from home (with a possible transition to office later this year). The family has no pets and no dietary restrictions. Travel is primarily domestic, with opportunities to join the family during vacations (preferred but not required). A family car is provided for work use, though the nanny may also use her own car (parking available).
Responsibilities
Infant care and age-appropriate developmental support
School pickups and managing transitions for older children
Children’s meal preparation
Children’s laundry (lighter load; housekeeper supports household laundry)
Tidying of kitchen, play areas, and light household organization
Coordinating play, outings, and enrichment activities
Occasional domestic travel with the family
Ideal Candidate
The family is seeking a nanny who is:
Experienced: Minimum of 3+ years professional nanny experience (not a first nanny role); strong infant experience required
