Description:
A warm, professional family in Boston’s South End is seeking a loving and experienced full-time nanny to join their household. The family values a nanny who is nurturing yet confident, able to balance the needs of three children, and especially experienced with infants as the baby will be the primary focus for the first several months. The ideal candidate is reliable, active, emotionally mature, and brings a sense of humor and calm to a busy family routine.
The two older girls attend school daily — the eldest full-day until 3:30/4:00 PM and the middle child half-days from 8:30 AM–1:00 PM — allowing the nanny focused time with the baby and structured afternoon coordination for the older children.
Household Dynamic
The family maintains a warm, organized home with support from a housekeeper. There are no pets or dietary restrictions. Mom works from the office 4–5 days per week, and Dad currently works from home (with plans to transition to the office in the coming months). The family appreciates open communication, collaboration, and a self-starting nanny who anticipates needs and keeps the household running smoothly.
