A warm and active family in Concord is seeking a creative, flexible, and highly engaging full-time nanny for their three young daughters. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a routine-oriented environment, loves planning adventures, and enjoys supporting a dynamic household with young children. The position is available for either live-in or live-out and starts as soon as the right candidate is available.
Benefits:
2 weeks paid vacation (nanny chooses 1 week)
5 paid sick days
Paid major federal holidays
Monthly healthcare stipend available
Position Type: Live-in or Live-out, full-time
Household Overview:
This loving family has three young girls who enjoy imaginative play, outdoor activities, and consistent routines. Both parents work from home in private office spaces but are involved and like to check in throughout the day. There are no pets or dietary restrictions.
The family spends summers at their second home in Maine and would like the nanny to join them during the week (a private bedroom and bathroom are provided on the third floor). The nanny will be flown back to Boston for weekends, if preferred.
The family also travels during school breaks and would love their nanny to accompany them—previous trips have included Jamaica and Vermont. A valid passport is required.
A car is provided for work-related use, and parking is available if needed.
Primary Responsibilities:
Childcare (Primary Focus):
Engage children in creative, hands-on, and screen-free activities
Plan and lead outings, adventures, and quiet-time activities
Maintain a predictable and age-appropriate routine
Support social-emotional development and positive sibling relationships
Family Support:
Meal prep for the children
Packing lunches and snacks
Toy rotation and play area organization
Creating quiet time boxes and packing car activities for travel
(Note: The family has a housekeeper for 30 hours/week, so no deep cleaning is required)
Ideal Candidate:
The ideal nanny is engaging, energetic, and creative—someone who is proactive, dependable, and truly enjoys working with young children. The family is looking for a candidate who takes initiative, has a strong understanding of early childhood development, and can be fully present and phone-free while with the children.
Bonus Skills:
Experience with toddler and preschool-age children
Comfortable with occasional travel
Flexible and organized in a dynamic household environment
Qualifications:
3+ years of professional nanny experience with multiple young children
Legal work authorization in the U.S.
Current on all vaccinations (or willing to update)
CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to obtain)
Valid passport and comfortable with travel
Strong communication and time-management skills
If you’re a nurturing, creative, and dependable nanny looking for a long-term role with a warm and active family, we’d love to hear from you!
