About the Family:
A warm, active, and thoughtful family in Concord, MA is seeking a kind, creative, and professional full-time nanny to support their three children, ages 7, 5, and 3. Both parents work from home in a dedicated office space separate from the main living areas and are looking for a nanny who is confident managing the day independently while collaborating respectfully as needed.
The children are bright, engaging, and love spending time outdoors. The family values consistency, warmth, and a nurturing approach, and they are excited to welcome a nanny who will become a trusted and steady presence in their children’s lives.
The 7-year-old is highly energetic, smart, and thriving in school. He loves sports, puzzles, engaging conversation, and enjoys being challenged intellectually and creatively.
The 5-year-old is motherly, caring, and kind, does well in school, and loves playing with babies.
The 3-year-old is calm, unflappable, and comfortable with independent play, and will spend the most time with the nanny during the day.
The older two children attend school Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday from 8:00am–3:00pm, and Tuesdays from 8:00am–12:00pm. The 3-year-old attends gymnastics and otherwise spends days at home engaging in activities, library visits, Mass Audubon Society outings, and trips to the Discovery Museum, with one daily nap.
Activities also include swimming for the 5-year-old and piano lessons and soccer for the 7-year-old on Mondays from 4:00pm–5:00pm.
The family will occasionally use the nanny for weekend or date-night coverage and would love someone open to domestic travel, including local trips to Cape Cod and Nantucket. Passport-ready is preferred but not required.
The family has a dog and is seeking a nanny who is comfortable around dogs; no significant pet care is required. There are no household dietary restrictions or allergies.

Responsibilities
Childcare & Family Support:
Provide attentive, nurturing care for all three children
Manage school-day transitions, activities, meals, and naps
Engage children in age-appropriate play, outings, and enrichment
Support outdoor play and physical activity
Drive children to and from activities using a family vehicle
Support a zero screen time environment
Household Support (Child-Focused Priority):
Kitchen tidying
Children’s laundry
Light home tidying
Meal preparation for the children
Childcare is always the top priority, with household tasks handled as time allows.
Transportation:
Nanny must have a reliable personal vehicle to commute to and from work
Parking is available
A family vehicle is provided for on-the-job driving
Compensation & Benefits:
$30–$33/hour, depending on experience
38 guaranteed hours per week
