About the Family:

A warm, active, and well-organized family in Wellesley is seeking a capable, kind, and highly organized full-time nanny to support their four children. The family values teamwork, consistency, and respectful communication, and they are looking for a nanny who will feel like a true extension of the parents and an integral part of the household.

Both parents work from home (Mom two days per week, Dad full-time) from separate home offices. While the parents are present, it is very important to the family that the nanny remains fully in charge during working hours and is supported in their authority and decision-making. The family is thoughtful about boundaries and committed to a strong, trusting partnership.

The oldest child (age 7) takes the school bus to and from school from approximately 8:00am–3:30pm. The 5-year-old twins attend school with drop-off at 8:45am and varying pick-up times (3:45pm on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday; 11:45am on Tuesday and Thursday). The youngest child (20 months) is home full-time and thrives with attentive, developmentally appropriate care.

This role requires daily driving to and from school and various extracurricular activities five days per week. An on-the-job vehicle is provided, and parking is available for the nanny’s personal car. There are no pets in the home and no dietary restrictions or allergies. The family prefers very minimal screen time and prioritizes engaged, hands-on caregiving.

This role is ideal for a nanny who enjoys caring for multiple children, thrives in a structured yet dynamic environment, and takes pride in supporting both children and household flow.

Responsibilities:

Childcare & Family Support:

  • Provide attentive, nurturing care for all four children

  • Manage school routines, drop-offs, pick-ups, and transportation to activities

  • Engage children in developmentally appropriate play, learning, and enrichment

  • Prepare healthy meals and snacks for the children

  • Support daily routines, transitions, and age-appropriate independence

  • Maintain minimal screen time and prioritize active, hands-on engagement

Household Support (Child-Focused Priority):

  • Kitchen tidying and cleanup after meals

  • Laundry for the children

  • Meal prep and meal planning for the children

  • Light household tidying and organization

  • Grocery shopping and household errands as needed

Childcare is always the top priority, with household tasks handled as time allows.

Additional Needs:

  • Occasional date-night or weekend hours are a “nice to have” 

  • Comfortable coordinating schedules and communicating proactively with parents

Monday–Friday: 8:00am–6:00pm
50 guaranteed hours per week
Some flexibility appreciated

Qualifications:

  • Significant prior experience caring for multiple children

  • Confident managing school-aged children, preschoolers, and toddlers simultaneously

  • Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
