Professional Full-Time Nanny Needed in Larchmont, NY

Compensation: $30–$35/hour, depending on experience
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM; Friday, 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM (guaranteed 45 hours/week)

A warm and active family in Larchmont, NY is seeking a professional and developmentally focused nanny to care for their curious and outgoing toddler daughter. This is a wonderful opportunity for a dependable, organized, and engaging caregiver who thrives with toddlers, enjoys planning enriching activities, and is excited to support a growing family. The position begins ASAP and offers guaranteed hours in a collaborative, family-centered household.
Benefits: 2 weeks of paid vacation (nanny chooses 1 week), 5 paid sick days, major federal holidays off and paid, open to healthcare stipend

Household Dynamic:
Their daughter is independent, playful, and loving—she enjoys gymnastics, music, swim lessons, and attending read-alouds at the library. The family has one friendly 14-pound hypoallergenic golden doodle. Mom works part-time from home and is involved throughout the day, while Dad works on a hybrid schedule, both in and out of the home. The family travels domestically and internationally 1–2 times per year and would like their nanny to join them. The home is healthy and vegetarian-friendly, with limited processed foods. A car is required to get to work, and the nanny may use either their own vehicle or the family’s car for outings.

Primary Responsibilities:
Providing attentive and developmentally enriching toddler care
Planning engaging activities and supporting daily routines
Attending classes and outings with the child (music, swim, gymnastics, library)
Child’s laundry and seasonal clothing organization
Light household tidying, dishes, and general kitchen cleanup
Meal preparation for the child and grocery list-making
Occasional errands as needed
Supporting family during domestic and international travel
Qualifications:
3+ years of professional nanny experience (toddler/infant experience preferred)
CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to obtain)
Current on vaccinations
Valid driver’s license (family car available for use on the job)
Legal work authorization in the U.S.
Comfortable with a small, hypoallergenic dog
