A caring and professional family in Back Bay, MA is seeking a warm, loving, and experienced full-time nanny to care for their sweet and active 7-month-old son. This is a wonderful opportunity for an experienced infant caregiver who enjoys fostering early development, spending time outdoors, and becoming a trusted part of a family’s daily life.
Benefits: 2 weeks paid vacation (1 week chosen by nanny), 5 paid sick days, major federal holidays off and paid, open to healthcare stipend, 2-year incentive bonus

Household Dynamic:
Their little boy is active, curious, and loves the outdoors. He is currently doing baby-led weaning and breastfeeding, though the family anticipates transitioning to formula for the nanny’s care. He enjoys contact naps and has not yet transitioned to crib naps. The family has a friendly medium-sized dog, so their ideal nanny will be comfortable with and enjoy pets. Both parents primarily work outside of the home, with occasional days working from home in a separate space. No travel is required, and there are no dietary restrictions.
Ideal Candidate:
The family is seeking a warm, attentive, and nurturing nanny who truly enjoys working with infants. Someone who understands developmental milestones, is comfortable with contact napping, and can provide loving, engaged care throughout the day will thrive in this role. A nanny who is organized, dependable, and takes initiative in household tasks related to the baby is highly valued.
Primary Responsibilities:
Loving, attentive care for an infant throughout the day
Engaging in age-appropriate developmental activities
Preparing meals for the baby (BLW experience a plus)
Preparing bottles and assisting with feeding transitions
Cleaning and sanitizing baby items
Baby laundry
Restocking diaper changing area and managing baby inventory
Maintaining a tidy, organized environment for the baby’s care
Occasional date-night care (not a strong requirement)
Qualifications:
Experience caring for infants
Warm, loving, and patient personality
Understanding of infant developmental stages and needs
Comfortable with contact naps and baby-led weaning
Organized, proactive, and dependable
Strong communication skills and professional demeanor
Dog-friendly
Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
Long-term interest in a stable nanny position
