About the Family:
A welcoming and active family in beautiful Hailey, Idaho is seeking a loving, upbeat, and grounded Full-Time Nanny to care for their two daughters, ages 5½ and 14 months. The family values connection, creativity, and time spent outdoors, and they are looking for a nanny who shares these values and will become a long-term part of their family team.
Their oldest daughter is bright, social, and imaginative. She loves nature, music, and engaging play, and she thrives in a structured but warm environment. She attends school Monday through Friday and is potty-trained (wears a pull-up at night). Their youngest is curious, joyful, and on the move—entering that delightful toddler stage full of exploration and discovery.
The family promotes a screen-free lifestyle and values a tightly bonded home where play, conversation, and outdoor time take center stage. They eat clean, whole foods and avoid added sugars. The family also loves to travel and hopes their nanny will join them for 2–4 domestic and international trips per year.
A Bernese Mountain Dog puppy will be joining the household in December, so comfort and confidence with dogs is essential.
Ideal Candidate:
Experienced with toddlers and younger school-age children
Warm, collaborative, and dependable
Upbeat and energetic, yet calm and grounded
Loves the outdoors and ideally brings a unique skill or passion (music, art, athletics, etc.)
Not overly chatty but a strong and clear communicator
Creative and proactive, with an interest in child development
Enjoys joining an active, health-conscious family for the long term
Comfortable with travel and occasional schedule flexibility
Responsibilities:
Engaging and developmentally supportive care for both children
School drop-off/pick-up and activity coordination for the oldest
Laundry and general tidying for the children
Keeping children’s rooms, closets, and play areas organized
Kitchen clean-up and meal prep for the children (healthy, simple meals)
Grocery shopping, errands, and dry cleaning runs as needed
Making the children’s beds and maintaining a tidy household flow
Occasional travel assistance and packing/unpacking for trips
Pet care support for the family’s Bernese Mountain Dog puppy (feeding, walks, vet/grooming coordination)
Qualifications:
Prior experience caring for infants and toddlers
Strong communication and time management skills
Comfortable with dogs and household organization
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
Passport-ready and open to travel
Positive references from previous families
Schedule:
Thursday: 8:00am–6:00pm
Friday: 7:00am–5:00pm
Saturday or Sunday: 12:00pm–5:00pm
Monday: 8:00am–6:00pm
Tuesday & Wednesday: Off
40 hours guaranteed per week
Compensation & Benefits:

3 weeks paid vacation (nanny chooses one week)
