Their 6-year-old attends school and arrives home by bus at 4:00pm, their 4-year-old attends a half-day program with pickup at 1:30pm, and their 1-year-old is home during the day, enjoying outings, activities, and a midday nap. All three children participate in various afternoon activities throughout the week. Both parents work full-time from home in separate office spaces and value strong communication, teamwork, and a positive, respectful home environment.

Weekly Thursday date night coverage is required (coordinated between nannies), along with rare overnight support. The role also includes travel to Cape Cod for 2–3 weeks during the summer.
