About the Family
A warm and welcoming family in Wellesley is seeking a professional, nurturing nanny to care for their two young children and help support their busy household. Their 4-year-old loves art projects, princesses, and imaginative play and attends school Monday–Friday from 9:00am–4:00pm. Their 1-year-old is a happy, affectionate child who attends school Monday–Friday from 9:00am–12:30pm. Both parents work full-time outside of the home and value a calm, organized environment. The family also has an older dog, but no pet care is required.
About the Role
This position is a blend of attentive childcare and thoughtful household support. Responsibilities include managing morning routines, coordinating school drop-offs and pickups, engaging the children in age-appropriate activities, and preparing healthy meals and snacks. Household responsibilities include children’s and family laundry, light tidying, grocery shopping, meal prep, running errands, and maintaining organization within the home. Occasional evening or weekend coverage may be requested with advance notice.
Requirements:
Prior professional nanny experience
4 year Bachelor's Degree
Experience caring for multiple young children
Strong understanding of toddler and preschool development
Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle
Excellent references from previous families
Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
Pets: One Dog (no care required)
Transportation: Must have own vehicle, parking is available.
Travel: Possibility for domestic and international travel.
