Description:

Warm, Organized, and Reliable Live-In Nanny Needed in Chestnut Hill, MA

Start: February (flexible for the right fit)

A warm, professional family in Chestnut Hill is seeking a kind, proactive, and highly organized Live-In Nanny to support their two children, ages 7 years and 18 months. Both parents are physicians with demanding schedules, so reliability, strong communication, and consistency are essential. The family values a calm, structured, and screen-free home environment and is looking for a nanny who brings a steady, nurturing presence to their children’s days. The oldest child has a tree nut allergy, so comfort carrying and administering an EpiPen is required.

The position works alongside a full-time live-out nanny who covers weekday afternoons, creating a collaborative, team-oriented household. This role primarily focuses on early mornings, school transitions, and scheduled additional coverage. The family is open to live-in (private bedroom and bathroom provided) or live-out for the right candidate. No car is required, though parking is available.
