A warm and family-oriented household in Lincoln Park is seeking a full-time nanny to care for two young children (15 months and 4.5 years) while supporting household organization and daily routines. The family values kindness, attentiveness, and flexibility, and is looking for someone who can balance the needs of both children with compassion and creativity. The household is low-key, enjoys art, reading, music, and developmental enrichment activities, and is looking for a nanny who will grow with the family over the next few years.
The family has one 15-year-old cat who is chill, playful, and enjoys lap time; pet care responsibilities include feeding, treats, and litter care. Minimal travel is required. Both parents work hybrid schedules with separate home office spaces.

Children’s laundry, household tidying and organization, seasonal clothing inventory, and kitchen tidying
Grocery shopping, meal planning, and coordinating home deliveries
Pet care for household cat
Coordinate back-up childcare as needed
Communicate openly with parents while respecting privacy and maintaining discretion
Anticipate needs, track milestones, and adjust routines proactively
Qualifications:
Recent experience caring for toddlers and preschoolers
Warm, observant, organized, and flexible personality
Strong understanding of early childhood developmental milestones
Ability to balance needs of two children and provide individualized attention
Comfort supporting household management beyond childcare

Valid driver’s license preferred; able to use family car as needed
Authorized to work in the U.S.
If you are a caring, proactive, and flexible nanny who enjoys working with toddlers and preschoolers and can provide both developmental support and household assistance, this family would love to hear from you.
