About the Family:
A warm, down-to-earth, and organized family in Wellesley, MA is seeking a professional, proactive full-time nanny/household manager to support their two young children, ages 4.5 and 2. Both parents work from home in dedicated office spaces and value a collaborative, team-oriented approach with a caregiver who is confident managing the day independently while maintaining open, respectful communication.
The older child is thoughtful and slower to warm up, but becomes quite social, talkative, and engaging once comfortable. The younger child is exuberant, outgoing, and full of joyful energy. The family values a nurturing, playful, and developmentally thoughtful approach and is excited to welcome a nanny/household manager who will become a trusted, long-term presence in their home.
The family has no pets, no dietary restrictions, and no allergies. They enjoy spending time together and value consistency, initiative, and a positive, easygoing atmosphere at home. Travel is an important part of family life, and they would love to work with someone open to both domestic and international travel, including one summer trip to Cape Cod and the Islands and potential international family trips.

Responsibilities
Childcare & Developmental Support:
Provide attentive, nurturing, and engaging care for both children
Support age-appropriate play, outings, and enrichment
Prepare activities that support emergent reading, early math skills, and curiosity-based learning
Foster social-emotional development through consistent routines and positive guidance
Manage daily transitions, meals, rest times, and activities
Household Management:
Children’s and family laundry
Light tidying and household organization
Meal preparation for the children (and light family prep as needed)
Managing children’s schedules and signing them up for activities
Running errands, including dry cleaning, returns, and package management
Proactively identifying and completing household projects that support family life
Transportation:
Nanny/household manager must have a reliable personal vehicle for commuting
Driveway parking is available
A family vehicle is provided for on-the-job use
Compensation & Benefits:
$30–$40/hour, depending on experience
50 guaranteed hours per week
Two weeks paid vacation (one week aligned with family vacation)
Five paid sick days
