Benefits: 2 weeks paid vacation, 5 paid sick days, paid major federal holidays, open to a healthcare stipend, annual raise, annual discretionary bonus
Schedule: Tuesday–Friday 2:00pm–7:00pm; Saturday 8:00am–1:00pm; plus 5 flexible hours weekly for occasional earlier start times or later evenings with ample advanced notice

Mom is a stay-at-home parent who is very involved in the children’s lives and who this nanny would be working alongside. Dad primarily works from an office. The family values kindness, flexibility, teamwork, and a calm presence. They maintain a completely screen-free household and prioritize imaginative play, outdoor time, creativity, and strong family connection.
About the Children:
Oldest child is responsible, calm, and diligent. She loves swimming, ballet, reading, and school and is very rule-oriented and dependable. Seven-year-old son is thoughtful, kind, and easygoing with interests in baseball and tennis. Five-year-old son is charismatic, joyful, and highly social, though he benefits from encouragement during transitions. Twin two-year-olds attend preschool together and are sweet, playful, and personable. They enjoy making others smile, imaginative play, and outdoor activities. All five children are active, engaging, and thrive with a nanny who brings warmth, energy, and consistency to their days.

Responsibilities:
Managing after-school routines and activity schedules
Supporting preschool-aged twins with lunch, outings, activities, and naps
Planning engaging, developmentally appropriate activities and outdoor play
Preparing healthy meals and snacks for the children
Evening routines including dinner, bath, and pajamas
Children’s laundry
Kitchen tidying and light child-related household organization
Maintaining a calm, structured, and positive environment
Supporting a completely screen-free household through active engagement and creativity
Travel: No travel required
Pets: No pets
Driving: Nanny must have their own vehicle for on-the-job driving; driveway parking provided
