A warm, active, and welcoming family in Cherry Hill, New Jersey is seeking a confident, proactive, and emotionally intelligent nanny to care for their two energetic boys, ages 7 and 9. The children are highly athletic, active, and deeply engaged in sports and physical activity. They thrive with structure, consistency, movement, and caregivers who can confidently guide them while maintaining a calm, patient, and supportive presence.

One child has Level 1 Autism and benefits from predictable routines, clear communication, and steady, supportive guidance. The family is seeking a caregiver who can provide consistency, reinforce positive behavior strategies, and create an environment where both children feel understood, supported, and encouraged.

Both parents primarily work from home and value open communication, teamwork, and a nanny who can confidently take ownership of the children’s after-school, evening, and weekend routines. The family is hoping to find a long-term caregiver who will become a trusted and valued part of their lives.

About the Role

This position focuses on providing attentive, engaging care while supporting the children’s active lifestyles and daily routines. Responsibilities include school pick-up, transportation to activities and sports practices, participating in outdoor play and athletic activities, preparing meals and snacks, assisting with bedtime routines, and helping the children navigate emotional regulation and social situations with patience and consistency.

Additional responsibilities include children’s laundry, children’s dishes, meal preparation, light household tidying, occasional errands, and helping maintain organization within the children’s spaces. The family values a nanny who is proactive, organized, and able to anticipate needs while keeping the household running smoothly.

The ideal candidate is highly active, athletic, and genuinely enjoys participating in sports, outdoor play, and movement-based activities. They are warm, nurturing, and capable of providing clear and consistent boundaries while remaining calm during emotionally challenging moments. Requirements:

Prior professional nanny experience
Experience caring for school-aged children preferred
Experience supporting neurodivergent children preferred
Highly active, athletic, and comfortable participating in sports and physical activities
Warm, nurturing, and emotionally intelligent disposition
Calm, patient, and confident during challenging moments
Strong communication and organizational skills
Proactive, reliable, and highly responsible
Safe and reliable driver
Excellent professional references
Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
