About the Family
A warm, welcoming family is seeking a kind, adaptable, and engaging nanny to care for their energetic three-year-old daughter. She is an active, creative child who loves school, swimming, spending time outdoors, and staying busy with enriching activities. The family values providing her with opportunities to explore, learn, and build confidence through meaningful experiences both at home and within the community.
Both parents work hybrid schedules from separate home offices and value open communication, flexibility, and a collaborative relationship with their nanny. They are hoping to find someone who is honest, dependable, and naturally engaging—someone who will become a trusted long-term member of their family while helping create a fun, structured, and nurturing environment for their daughter.
The family has one cat, no household dietary restrictions or allergies, and enjoys traveling together throughout the year. They are seeking a nanny who is enthusiastic about accompanying them on both domestic and international trips and is comfortable traveling as a regular part of the role.
About the Role
This position focuses on providing attentive, developmentally appropriate care while supporting the child's busy school and activity schedule. Responsibilities include school bus drop-off and after-school care, transporting the child to activities as needed, planning engaging age-appropriate experiences, encouraging outdoor play, and fostering her continued social, emotional, and developmental growth.
In addition to childcare responsibilities, the family is looking for someone who enjoys contributing to the smooth operation of the household. Responsibilities include children's laundry, light home tidying and organization, bottle cleaning and sanitation, kitchen tidying, household inventory management, seasonal clothing organization for the child, taking out the garbage, running occasional household errands, and light pet care.
The ideal candidate is warm, honest, communicative, flexible, and adaptable. They are seeking someone who naturally builds strong relationships with children, enjoys creating engaging experiences, communicates openly with parents, and can confidently adjust to the family's evolving needs. A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and genuine love for working with young children will be essential for success in this role.
