Benefits: 10 paid vacation days (5 days aligned with the family's prearranged vacation schedule and 5 days at the nanny's discretion), 5 paid sick days, paid major federal holidays, monthly healthcare stipend, annual discretionary bonus, annual raise, a long-term incentive bonus with a minimum two-year commitment, and a monthly MBTA pass

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm

Mom works from an office outside of the home, while Dad has a hybrid schedule, splitting his time between a home office and an office outside the home. They are seeking a nanny who will confidently take the lead throughout the workday while maintaining open communication and building a collaborative relationship with both parents. About the Role

This role is centered around providing attentive, developmentally appropriate care while creating fun, engaging, and enriching experiences for the family's active toddler. The nanny will spend the majority of the day planning age-appropriate activities, attending local enrichment programs, exploring Boston's parks, museums, libraries, and playgrounds, and encouraging continued learning through play, social interaction, and hands-on experiences. The family is hoping to find someone who genuinely enjoys staying active, getting out into the community, and helping foster their son's natural curiosity and love of learning.

The family is seeking a nanny who brings a warm, affectionate, playful, and go-with-the-flow personality while maintaining professionalism, strong communication skills, and excellent judgment. They value someone who is naturally engaging, dependable, socially outgoing, and able to confidently manage the day's activities while creating a calm, loving, and structured environment.

In addition to childcare responsibilities, the nanny will assist with child-related household tasks to help keep the home running smoothly. Responsibilities include preparing meals for the child, putting away the child's laundry, maintaining a seasonal clothing inventory, and providing light tidying of the child's spaces, toys, and belongings.

Requirements:

• Prior professional nanny experience

• 4-year college degree preferred

• Experience caring for toddlers
