Compensation: $30–$45/hour | Approximately 40 guaranteed hours per week

Schedule: 12-hour shifts on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from approximately 7:00 am–7:00 pm, One additional flexible 4-hour shift on either Monday or Tuesday.

About the Family
A warm, busy, and loving family in Lakeview is seeking an experienced Family Assistant/Nanny to join their household and provide consistent, long-term support for their four young children. The family is looking for a dependable caregiver who can seamlessly step into the role, become a trusted member of the household, and provide a calm, nurturing presence for the children. The household is active and very organized. The parents value consistency, structure, reliability, and caregivers who naturally take initiative and are willing to jump in wherever needed. About the Role
This role is a blend of hands-on childcare and household support. Responsibilities include caring for the children throughout their daily routines, engaging in age-appropriate activities, transporting children to activities and appointments using the family vehicle, preparing simple meals and snacks, children’s laundry, keeping children’s spaces organized, running errands, and helping the household operate smoothly. The ideal candidate is proactive, resourceful, organized, and comfortable managing the needs of multiple children. Family is seeking someone who can confidently work independently, anticipate needs before they arise, communicate clearly, and bring a positive, solutions-oriented attitude to the home. Strong communication skills are highly valued, as the role includes staying aligned with parents regarding children’s routines, milestones, schedules, and overall household needs.
Requirements:
Prior professional nanny or family assistant experience
Experience caring for infants, toddlers, and multiple children at once
Experience supporting busy households preferred
CPR certification
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Highly proactive, organized, and dependable personality
Excellent references from previous families
Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
Pets: Family has three dogs with occasional pet-related support as needed.
Transportation: Family vehicle provided for all on-the-job driving responsibilities.
Travel: No regular travel required in this role.
