Benefits: 10 Paid vacation days (5 days aligned with family’s prearranged vacation time; 5 at the nanny’s discretion), 5 Paid sick days, Paid major federal holidays, monthly Health-care stipend if needed, and a long-term incentive bonus (minimum two-year commitment)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. | 45 guaranteed hours per week. Occasional weekend or date-night support would be a nice-to-have but is not required.

About the Family
A warm and busy family is seeking an experienced, engaging, and developmentally focused nanny to support their four young children. The family has a 5-year-old boy, a 4-year-old boy, a 1.5-year-old girl, and a newborn. They are looking for someone who can bring a calm, positive, and structured presence to the home while supporting each child’s individual personality, development, and daily routine.
Both parents work full-time, with Mom working from home regularly and Dad working a hybrid schedule and from home on Mondays and Fridays. The family values a nanny who is comfortable working alongside parents and who can communicate openly and transparently.
The family has no pets and no dietary restrictions or allergies. They travel to Florida approximately once or twice per year and would appreciate a nanny who is open to traveling with them.
About the Role
This role is centered around providing thoughtful, engaging care for four children while supporting their routines, development, school schedules, and activities. The nanny should be comfortable caring for multiple children and managing a busy afternoon when all four children are home.
The oldest child, age 5, is very organized, loves schedules, and enjoys helping. He is self-sufficient, very smart, loves sports, and is entering kindergarten. He enjoys having structure and opportunities to be involved and independent.
The 4-year-old boy is described as the family’s “wild child.” He is active, very loving, and fun and will be attending preschool. He benefits from clear guidance, consistent boundaries, and a structured approach.
The 1.5-year-old girl is easygoing and calm. She enjoys puzzles, books, activities, and classes. She typically participates in one class each day, eats lunch around 11:30 a.m., naps around 12:30 p.m. for approximately two hours, and then enjoys afternoon play and activities. She is not yet potty trained.
The newborn will require attentive, nurturing infant care, and the nanny should be comfortable supporting a newborn’s feeding, sleep, and developmental routines.
The older children have school schedules throughout the day, with the 5-year-old in school approximately 8:30 a.m.–2:30 p.m. and the 4-year-old attending preschool Monday–Thursday from 8:45 a.m.–2:30 p.m. and Friday from 8:45 a.m.–1:00 p.m. The nanny will have all four children from approximately 2:30 p.m–5:00 p.m.
Responsibilities include providing developmentally appropriate activities, preparing lunch for the 1.5-year-old, supporting the children’s routines and activities, and cleaning up after activities. The family would appreciate someone who naturally takes initiative and is very organized.
The ideal candidate is genuinely passionate about child development. They should be calm, self-regulated, positive, engaging, and confident setting appropriate boundaries while maintaining a warm and nurturing relationship with the children. The family is looking for someone who is organized, transparent, proactive, and able to provide meaningful developmental engagement and structure. A background in teaching or sports would be a plus.
Requirements:
Prior professional nanny experience
4-year college degree preferred
Experience caring for infants, toddlers, and school-aged children
Strong understanding of child development
Calm, positive, and self-regulated personality
Warm, engaging, and nurturing approach
Comfortable setting clear boundaries and providing structure
Organized, proactive, and able to take initiative
Strong communication and transparency
Comfortable caring for multiple children
Sports or swimming background is a plus
Excellent references from previous families
Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle required

Pets: None
Transportation: Nanny is required to have their own car for on-the-job driving. Parking is available. Parents handle all school drop-offs and pick-ups.
