Description:
A warm, professional family in Barnaby Woods is seeking a trustworthy, energetic, and highly engaged full-time nanny to care for their three children: an infant, a preschooler, and an elementary-aged child. This is a dynamic role ideal for a nanny who enjoys working with multiple age groups and is confident balancing infant care with school pickups, activity planning, and enrichment for older children.
The infant is home full-time and follows a routine of feedings, diaper changes, and naps, with plans to begin classes in the near future. The 3.5-year-old attends preschool with varying dismissal times and will transition to full-time school in the fall. The oldest child is in 2nd grade and is fairly self-sufficient; after-school care includes pickup, snack prep, and quality sibling time. The family values an active, engaging approach to childcare and encourages outings such as park visits, museums, and organized playdates to keep the children mentally and developmentally stimulated.
The family has one small, friendly dog (15 lbs). No formal pet care is required beyond letting the dog out into the backyard. A car is provided for on-the-job use, and driving is required. Mom works from home two days per week, and Dad works outside of the home.

Guaranteed 40+ hours per week
Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:30 PM
Occasional date-night or weekend care

Responsibilities
Childcare & Daily Support
Providing attentive, loving care for an infant, including bottle feeding, diapering, naps, and developmental play
Managing preschool pickups and transitions
School pickup and after-school routines for the elementary-aged child
Preparing healthy snacks and meals for the children
Planning engaging, age-appropriate activities, outings, and enrichment
Organizing playdates and social opportunities
Keeping the children mentally stimulated, active, and engaged
Household Support (Child-Related & Light Family Support)
Children’s laundry
Bottle cleaning and sanitizing
Kitchen tidying and daily resets
Light home tidying and organization
Maintaining organized play areas
