About the Family:

A thoughtful, busy, and values-driven family in Cambridge is seeking a kind, capable, and proactive House Manager / Nanny to support their three school-aged daughters and help keep the household running smoothly. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing childcare with household management and can confidently step in as a true right-hand support, especially when mom is traveling for work.

The children attend two different schools located  ~20 and ~30 minutes away from the home, approximately 5–10 minutes apart. Monday–Thursday school pickups include the younger two children at 3:30pm and the oldest at 4:00pm. On Fridays, school ends at 2:00pm. The children participate in after-school activities including climbing, dance, and basketball. A family car is provided for on-the-job driving.

The family is Jewish, keeps a kosher home, and observes Shabbat, resulting in an earlier Friday schedule. One child is vegetarian, and dad follows a gluten-free and soy-free diet. Mom will source recipes, and cooking and meal prep support for the family and children is appreciated. A deep cleaner comes once per week.

Mom works mostly from an office and travels frequently. Dad works from home on Mondays and Fridays and is out of the home on other days. The family is looking for someone who can manage priorities independently and maintain a calm, organized household when parents are away.
