About the Family:
A thoughtful, warm, and well-organized family in Brookline is seeking a nurturing, dependable, and developmentally-minded full-time nanny to support their two young boys. The family values consistency, calm communication, and a respectful partnership with their nanny. Mom works from home approximately 3.5 days per week and is mindful of maintaining healthy boundaries while remaining collaborative and supportive.
The 4.5-year-old attends school Monday–Friday from 9:00am–1:00pm and is fully potty trained. He is bright, curious, and enjoys routine, structure, and engaging play. The 1.5-year-old is in a joyful toddler stage—exploratory, active, and still in cloth diapers. Both children thrive with predictable days, hands-on activities, and attentive, present caregiving.
No driving is required for this role, and no car is needed. The family keeps a Kosher home, so familiarity with Kosher practices is helpful but not required. There is no travel involved. The family has two pet cats, though no pet care is expected as part of the role.
