Professional Full-Time Caregiver needed for an Elderly Woman in Westford, Vermont.

Compensation: $130,000–$150,000+, depending on experience
Schedule: Live-in required, 7 days per week (but with large breaks during the day each week). Local supporting family members will provide supplemental care for about 35-40 hours each week. Working hours include: day-time care and assistance overnight as needed.

Start Date: As soon as the right fit is found
Schedule: Live-in required, 7 days per week (but with large breaks during the day each week). Local supporting family members will provide supplemental care for about 35-40 hours each week. Working hours include: day-time care and assistance overnight as needed.
Compensation: $130,000–$150,000+, depending on experience
Benefits: 2 weeks of paid vacation (nanny chooses 1 week), 5 paid sick days, paid major federal holidays, open to a healthcare stipend

Household Overview:
The home is spacious, and the upstairs is often unoccupied, offering a quiet and comfortable living arrangement for the caregiver. The family lives locally and is actively involved, providing support as needed and assisting with day-to-day care. There are no pets in the home, and the household follows a healthy but unrestricted diet.

Assist with daily activities such as dressing, bathing, toileting, and mobility support
Monitor and support general health and well-being

Assist with safe night time transitions if the care recipient wakes up and needs help

Qualifications:
3+ years of professional caregiving or elder care experience
Strong communication and observational skills
Legal work authorization in the U.S.
Ability to live-in full-time and provide flexible, hands-on support
Reliable, collaborative, and proactive nature
