Professional Housekeeper Needed in Newton, MA

Children: Home: 5,500+ sq ft residence with 3 children, 3 dogs, and 1 cat

Compensation: $30-$40/ hr based on experience

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 2:00 PM (35 hours/week guaranteed)

Description:

A busy family in Newton is seeking a professional and reliable housekeeper to maintain their home. This role is ideal for someone with strong housekeeping experience who takes pride in their work and values organization, attention to detail, and consistency.

Benefits: 5 paid sick days, 2 weeks paid vacation (one week chosen by the housekeeper), paid major federal holidays
Live-Out: Live-out position

Primary Responsibilities:

• Whole house cleaning and maintenance

• Laundry (washing, folding, ironing as needed)

• Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors

• Changing bed linens and making beds

• Cleaning appliances and keeping kitchen tidy

• General organization and upkeep of the home

The family is seeking a housekeeper who is honest, kind, reliable, and drama-free, with strong attention to detail. Prior experience and solid references are required.
