Location: Larchmont, NY

Compensation: $30–$40 per hour | 42 guaranteed hours per week

Start Date: Flexible for the right fit

Children: 2 children (toddler + infant)

Schedule: Monday 7:45am–3:45/4:00pm; Tuesday–Thursday 8:00am–5:30pm; Friday 8:00am–1:30pm

About the Family

Warm, engaged, and collaborative family seeking a nanny/family assistant to support both children and overall household flow. Mom is currently home and may return to work in 6+ months; dad works between a home office and local office and is present throughout the day. The family values a team-oriented approach and is looking for a nanny who works alongside parents rather than independently directing care.

About the Children

Toddler is active, curious, and thrives on engagement, imaginative play, and structured activities. Attends a morning program during the school year and summer camp hours. Infant requires experienced newborn care including feeding, nap routines, bottle introduction, and developmental support as she grows.

Requirements:

Strong experience with both toddlers and infants (newborn experience required)
Developmentally knowledgeable and engaging
Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
Flexible and comfortable with involved parents
Collaborative, team-oriented mindset
Warm, patient, and nurturing
Strong communication skills
Self-starter with a “pitch-in” mentality
Values low screen time and active, engaged care

4 year Bachelor's Degree
